Mick gracefully executed and viciously honest Favorite track: Vacantly Pt. 1.

D.A.M. An entirely realized and brilliantly cohesive project here. In times like this a soundtrack of this caliber is beyond necessary. I too know the desolate feelings and emotions conveyed here, whether churned through sludgy walls of chaos or drifted through environmental imaginings of our surroundings, its a serious vibe of surrender. A lot of amazing aspects of good music here. Love it man. Favorite track: Dedicated Exit.

I feel like I only see When things are at their worst show me the beauty in wrath and cruelty so hold my head under and I'll do the same "amends hold no merit just be better" now where have I heard that before Why does misery feel like home why does it pull so hard "you can leave when you want" we both know it isn't true ruthlessly tearing me down i've gone deaf tuning you out take on the water hold their head under hang your head low hold your pain in

asking for help is hard but change is worse at least it's you if it's too much just take a dive I'll say what you need to hear right after you're gone no damage is done seeing this to an end abandon your mind before it leaves you behind grace in destruction you'd pay to see face down in the pool of pity it it's your last make it into a show watch so you can die through me vicariously

about

This album is an attempt at portraying what it's like to live with mental illness and it's many grotesque faces. From the chaotic highs of mania, across the frigid plateaus of numbness and dwelling in the depths of depression. The symptomatic palette also includes auditory hallucinations, toxic codependency and suicidal ideation. Within this spectrum I am striving to speak my truth and convey my flaws and foibles as vividly as possible.
